Ruth Bell is the Founder and Director of Prospa. With over 15 years’ experience as a senior HR Executive in some of Australia’s largest organisations, Ruth brings deep, hands‑on expertise across workplace investigations, employee relations, talent development and engagement. She has worked closely with C‑suite leaders across Technology, Digital, Healthcare, Finance and Insurance, and understands the commercial realities, risk exposure and human challenges that organisations face as they grow and change.

Ruth’s work spans the full employee lifecycle — from managing complex grievances and misconduct matters, to designing pragmatic HR frameworks, supporting leaders, and embedding wellbeing and culture initiatives that prevent issues before they escalate. Her approach is practical and balanced, ensuring organisations meet their objectives while maintaining trust, fairness and psychological safety.

Alongside her HR expertise, Ruth is a highly regarded Executive Coach whose style blends deep listening, commercial insight and a calm, grounded presence. Clients value Ruth’s ability to quickly build trust, ask the questions that shift perspective, and create space for clear thinking and confident decision‑making.
